Great Lakes Bathymetry Explorer

John Alliet and David Hart
University of Wisconsin Sea Grant Institute

The Bathymetry Explorers are educational web sites that citizens and coastal decision-makers can use to gain a better understanding of underwater features in Great Lakes and make a connection between the lakes and their watershed. The Lake Michigan and Lake Superior Bathymetry Explorers were developed by John Alliet, a GIS certificate student at University of Wisconsin-Madison, using Macromedia Flash and ArcGIS 8.3 software.
