This scene is built on a digital elevation model constructed from Ozaukee County 2-foot contour data. World Construction Set (WCS) interpolates AutoCad format (.dxf) contours, creating a grid of elevations. The user can control the output grid size; smaller grid cells take longer to render. WCS also lets you subdivide the grid cell polygons to increase the detail and roughness of the terrain. However, increasing this Fractal Depth Paramater also increases the rendering time for the image.
